Returns Overview

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pansy Day purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in original new condition. Items returned not in original condition may not qualify for a refund. Items purchased as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees on items being returned are the customer’s responsibility.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Returning a Pansy Day Gift

Items purchased on www.pansyday.com and received as a gift may be returned by mail, with a gift receipt, within 14 days of purchase.

A credit will be issued in the form of a PansyDay.com credit via email. Please make sure to include an email address with your gift receipt when you ship your return.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within five business days of receiving your return and will be credited to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
