We charge sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. All other US states are free of sales tax. For our Canadian customers, sales tax also applies and is adjusted accordingly to their appropriate province or territory.

Can I alter my order after I've checked out?

If you decide to cancel an order please send an email to info@pansyday.com. We’ll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and efficiently as possible. That means even if you contact us immediately it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can’t change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. In that case just return it to us according to our return policy.

Repair service is provided for a full 6 months after purchase. Original stones and findings must be included with your return.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Pansy Day products are made with the finest materials and components available. It is important to take good care of your jewelry to ensure its longevity.
Follow the simple tips listed below to keep your jewelry sparkling:

  • Always remove your jewelry before washing hands, showering or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull.
  • When wearing multiple stretch bracelets, place them on your wrist one at a time.
  • Do not apply alcohol, oil based perfume, hairspray, body lotions, hair grooming products, air fresheners, or any other alcohol-based substance on or near your jewelry.
  • Never leave your jewelry in the extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.
  • Clean your jewelry by using a dry soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloths. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
  • If you happen to tarnish your pieces, a jewelry cleaning cloth will easily remove any discoloration.

Are the stone colors displayed on my monitor precise?

Each Pansy Day piece is crafted with an eye for detail and held to a high standard to meet its displayed specifications. It's our experience that color may vary from each computer screen. Also, because of the handcrafted nature of Pansy Day products, there will be slight variations in color, design, and finish from one piece to another. Which we believe just makes them even more unique.
